was at the Stuart Hotel over a weekend, and enjoied the stay. Situated a few minutes walk the railway station, I spotted several interesting restaurants, of wich I visited 2, both great Curry restaurants.
I Haven`t had a real curry in 25 years, since When I lived in Kenya, so that meant a lot.
Some of my luggage was delayed in the airline traffic, but was later delivered by courier. I therefore had more contact with the staff than I would otherwise have had, and the friendlyness was apparent.
I have no problem recommending the Stuart Hotel.

The Stuart Hotel is superbly situated on London Road (A6) close to the Derby city centre and Derby's mainline railway. The Hotel has a distinctive façade and a long frontage to the busy A6, an important route into the heart of the city. The Stuart Hotel is ideally located for the leisure traveller on the edge of the district close to Alton Towers and the American Adventure Theme Park.
